Customer Reviews
First visit yesterday, to meet with Matt, a long time registrar. He was wonderful and put me at ease. He used a fountain pen! Thank you to Matt, the kind lady at the check in desk and all the staff on the phone, for an enriching experience. If you have not been here before, leave early and prepare to pay for parking. Do not turn right into staff parking but drive in and take a left.
Please train your staff with some phone ethic and how to talk to customers! Absolutely shocking customer service. Just spoke to an absolute vile woman with vile behaviour about my council tax, she was absolutely vile, rude, using chavy vocabulary, not taking any responsibility for her mistakes (I’ve been asking to send me my bill, she didn’t manage to send last time and got offended, says there’s something wrong with my email). This is so unprofessional, I thought that people who work in council should have certain education, ethics and be respectful to other people or at least know how to use emails and have basic IT skills!
Honestly the lack of intellect from this council is wild. I have set up a payment plan with them 3 weeks ago, and they take a random payment from me and don’t notify me? So I ring them and someone on the phone says they don’t know why they took a payment as the system is set up with the payment plan. I have received 3 separate e bills all saying 3 different payments. Its got so bad Ive had to make a complaint and cancel direct debits as the whole organisation is genuinely a mess.
