We had the breakfast included in our staying in City Suites and we can assure you it is totally worth it. The quality was amazing, the quantity was huge and the attention from all the staff was flawless. Shout out to Sebastian, so professional and nice guy.
I had breakfast here as I was a guest at City Suites II, and I presume there is an agreement between the apartment and the restaurant to provide breakfast for their guests. The menu was predetermined and somewhat restricted. Should we have wished to select items from a different section or multiple dishes, an additional charge would have been incurred. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but perhaps offering more flexibility in choices for guests would be appreciated, especially given that it is an A la Carte menu. In summary, it was a satisfactory experience.
We booked our room with breakfast included for four people, however when we arrived for breakfast we were told by a waitress (Iza, blonde hair) that only two were included. Despite calmly explaining our booking, she argued with us for around 10 minutes and refused to get the manager when we asked. This completely ruined what should have been a pleasant experience. It was especially disappointing as our previous stay was lovely, but the attitude on this occasion was rude, cheeky, and unprofessional. Sadly, this experience has put us off returning.
