Customer service and patience 10/10 Came in to send some documents to a govt agency via royal mail. Was met with kindness and patience. Forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me. But he was so understanding and knew what I needed to do for my sending and return service and which tracking I'd need. Provided me with so much reassurance about my package being taken care of properly. Cannot express how much I appreciate this location and their staff.
