Amir was awesome. I was traveling with my 74 year old mum who was knackered from a long trip. We arrived earlier than planned and he was a little late due to an accident on the raod. However, he called to explain the delay and went looking for a wheelchair for my mum who couldn't make the walk to the car park. The journey was smooth, Amir was friendly and offered good conversation which was well balanced with moments of quiet. Thank you, Amir. I couldn't have asked for a better trip.
