I have not used this company for over 5 years.(I used to live 5 mins from this branch) I rang them as I needed a car the same day. They were very accommodating. but being short notice I picked up a larger car than I needed Kia Ceed "Estate" for 3 days. which I was able to extend again at short notice. The pick-up was lengthy but informative. When i returned the car, they again looked at it in detail. noting any changes luckily there were no issues. and the deposit was returned. I left feeling relieved and happy with the service I received.
I returned the 4 weeks rented red KIA, but was served by dishonest staff. They accused me for tearing the rear tyre protector but the tear was already there when I picked the car up. The staff took some pictures of marks on the car but insisted the damage was caused by me. I was able to look at the pictures I took before spotting the damage that was there before I signed up. So, my picture saved me, I would have been charge for the damage I did not caused.
