I have attended pre-natal yoga classes with Sophia throughout my pregnancy and cannot recommend them enough. I have met a community of lovely women and feel that the group has really helped with support all the way through. The yoga is relaxing, enjoyable and I always feel so refreshed after the classes. Thank you Sophia and I will see you at Mum & Baby classes soon!

Highly recommend joining Sophia's yoga classes! We started with the prenatal classes when I was around 28 weeks pregnant and only wished we'd found it sooner. The classes were fantastic to help relieve all the aches and pains of the various stages of pregnancy. Sophia also includes time to discuss various topics and advice, which helped me greatly when It came to delivering my baby. As an added bonus we met other mum's due around the same time and have enjoyed catching up with them now the babies have arrived. We now attend the postnatal yoga classes which are equally fantastic. Sophia goes the extra mile and has equipment out to keep the moving babies entertained and she also includes babies in the moves. We love our sessions with Sophia! The shoulder massage at the end is dreamy! She is so friendly and genuine and really cares for everyone. Keep up the amazing classes!

I really enjoyed Sophia's prenatal yoga class. It was such a calm, welcoming space and Sophia is very knowledgeable, supportive, and reassuring throughout. The movements felt perfectly suited to pregnancy and I left feeling relaxed, stretched, and more connected to my body and baby. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle but effective prenatal class.
