Olga is a wonderful person with a very positive energy. My wife and I had a number of Kundalini yoga classes at her house and found Olga to be an excellent teacher. We did find some of the exercises tough as we are in our 60s and totally lacked flexibility at the beginning. We recommend Olga without hesitation.
I've been enjoying Olga's yoga classes. I'm learning breathing techniques and good mantras with her. My body feels energised and well stretched by the end of the class as well as my mind becomes quiet and clear which puts me at ease in my busy life. Her studio is nice and cosy with a lovely garden view which enhances the whole experience. Highly recommended.
