Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I only booked an appointment because I was clearly told over the phone that an onlay could be done the same day. That was the sole reason for attending. I took time out of my day, paid the consultation fee, and arrived expecting treatment — after being seen 35 mins later than my appointment time only to be told in the chair that same-day onlays are never done at this practice because they require lab work. So why was I told that in the first place? It felt like a complete waste of time caused by poor communication from their own team. Trying to get my own X-rays afterwards was another ordeal. I was told they would be emailed. They weren’t. I called again the next day and was told they’d be sent within 20 minutes. Still nothing. On the third attempt, my calls were rejected. I then received a message saying they’d “tried to WhatsApp” me and asking me to confirm my email address — despite the fact I had already written my email on the patient form and had been told twice they were sending them there. Instead of acknowledging the obvious miscommunication and delays, I was then warned about “aggressive behaviour” simply for expressing frustration. I was not abusive or threatening at any stage. I was frustrated — and understandably so. The entire situation could have been resolved with a simple acknowledgment and accountability. Instead, it became defensive and unnecessarily confrontational. Very poor communication, very poor handling of patient concerns, and a complete lack of ownership when things went wrong. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Saif Riaz, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was extremely nervous and quite scared before the appointment, but Dr. Riaz was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was calm, patient, and took the time to reassure me, explaining everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. His gentle and professional approach immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was much quicker and more comfortable than I imagined. I’m so grateful for how understanding and supportive he was throughout. I would highly recommend Dr. Saif Riaz to anyone who feels anxious about dental treatment — you’ll be in very safe hands.

Had a tooth and a dead root out today. The staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, something much needed as ive been afraid amd avoiding of Dentists for years! I can honestly sar this experience has made me feel much more at ease and im actually looking forward to having the rest of the required work done.
