Had great service last week when I took my suit jacket, good clean as well. Today however I was met with a very rude lady, when I said I was in last week with my suit jacket and was told you do repairs..I was met with a direct ‘no repairs today’ and pointed at an empty sewing machine, and with zero advice on when I could get repairs done. I was going to be a regular customer after my first visit, second visit however, I’ve gone else where for my weekly dry cleaning and repairs now. Shame as first experience was really great.
I've been going here for a while to dry clean my suits. However last few times I've been here the suits have not been cleaned properly. I gave in around 6 suits for dry cleaning and all of them came back as if they've not even been cleaned. All the stains were still on there . Will be looking for a new dry cleaners.
