About
A Manchester diner serving indulgent brunch and dessert dishes, known for loaded fries, grilled sandwiches like the firecracker and patty varieties, and sweet options such as waffles, mini pancakes, and the "Biskits Favourite" dessert. The menu includes shakshuka, toasties, and an English breakfast, with pistachio and Nutella appearing in some dishes. Originally focused on desserts, the diner has expanded to include savoury items while maintaining its reputation for cookie dough and waffle sandwiches. Regulars note consistency across visits, with a mix of daytime and evening options.

Biskits was a great choice for dessert. We asked our server for their bestsellers, and she recommended the Matilda cake and the “Biskits Favourite.” On my previous visit, they only served desserts, but it seems they’ve since rebranded into more of a diner-style restaurant. I noticed several tables ordering main dishes like lamb chops, which looked very tempting. The menu was clean and well curated, with plenty of good options without feeling overwhelming. The Matilda cake was delicious and easily comparable to others I’ve tried elsewhere. The mocktail I ordered was also refreshing. The interior is elegant and modern, creating a lovely atmosphere. The servers were attentive and efficient, and the service overall was excellent. Highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.
Brother Afzal, thank you so much for a memorable family meal out, you made our evening so much better. Polite and respectful service. Food was amazing. The atmosphere was just chilled and relaxed. Can't fault anything. Just a word of advice, reserve before if you can. And yes, it is definitely worth it.
Amazing food and vibe. Great service. The the food, phenomenal. Definite yes if you want to have a sinful brunch. I would highly recommend their toasties. Massive, pretty, and tasty. Their waffles were to die for. Their loaded chips could be a meal by itself. My only complaint was the milkshake was.... too thick. It was basically ice cream and was undrinkable. Even aftee finishing our meal 5min later... the ice cream had not melted enough to drink. I hope they fix this. The rest of the experience was perfect.
