Mary is an absolute expert when it comes to perms – she’s done mine and my friend’s, and the results have been so good that people always ask if it’s my natural hair. That’s how flawless it looks! And then there’s Nicola – what a wonderful lady! Her customer service is next level. She genuinely made me feel like a princess… and I’m a man 😂 She did my highlights and honestly, I walked out of there feeling like Aquaman. The colour, the confidence boost – unreal. Had a beautiful colour done with Nicola. I used to be red but fancied a change to brown with light blonde highlights. Nicola achieved an incredible colour with my hair - so much better than I ever imagined. Couldn't recommend highly enough, absolutely incredible!! And professional, and knowledgeable. Wow wow wow xx
