Print machine doesn't accept debit/credit card/contactless. Don't even accept physical notes. Each time we've to go outside the library to get change (coins). Moreover, if your total bill is 20p or 50p, it won't give u back your remaining change as well !! 🦉 Quite pathetic! Wifi doesn't let u view/visit quite alot of websites, which are even normal company's website, u need to see to apply jobs, so we need to connect our mobile data with the laptop. Everything else is just fine.
Library should be peaceful and quiet, so, that people can concentrate on their study or work. I have never seen a library like this. It's like a living-room in the home. The council should focus on this asap. Thanks!
This library used to be great to go for peace and quiet to get work done, but nowadays this library lets mentally deranged people into the library to sleep & play very offensive adult music while little kids are playing in library. The security in the library is very lackluster and do nothing to tell those people causing issues to stop. What's the point of having security in a library when all they do is stand there doing nothing all day.
