Sadia on reception is a disgusting, vile face of your company. She is rude, abrupt and very defensive. Sack her or someone in the community will make sure she leaves. No customer service whatsoever but claims to have 15 years experience?! Please you have 15 mins experience you have or you'd know very well how to de-escalate scenarios and situations whilst 'under pressure'. Sorry but you need training. Many members of my family young and old wear and need glasses but I would never dream of referring this place if I was met with such a person as that. All this because of how rude she was to my 74 year old father, really. Front of house, first point of contact for your services? Please change her for your own benefit. You have not been there long and the fact that the community know you are new faces round there, you're on the road to disaster. Previous staff in there were praised for their services so be careful like I said. The Optician himself is very nice, but she will ruin him.
I went into the store to enquire about something and the staff was more then happy to assist me in a very professional manner .
Amazing service also really friendly and courteous to customers 10/10 well done 👏👏👏
