I ordered a Nutella waffle for my daughter as a takeout, and it was absolutely terrible. By the time I got home, the cream had completely melted and the waffle was soaking wet and soggy. This is basic common sense — the cream should be packed separately in a plastic container. Instead, my money was completely wasted. Extremely disappointed. I have been to Belgian waffle company so many times that I can’t even count . It’s so good ! And best place to have brownie ice cream n waffles .. do try it .. you will not be disappointed
These deserts are usually always delightful..But, please do update your website (ASAP) when you are out of a flavours!. The substitute ice cream was not as good: We asked for 2×mint ice cream, but instead, we got some kind of 'pistachio ice cream' and a what looked like vanilla ice cream yet both didn't taste like it at all.... The next time we ordered we had a similar disappointing experience with this place....Third and fourth time round you did better though it was a small order. The prices are slighter dearer than those of other local desert shops.... When feeling that Summer has arrived: Please do add a bit more crushed ice to your ice blasts..On order: 20/06/2025 (21:46:08) our ice blast didn't have enough crushed ice in...Plus, (on that day) the delivery guy was about to deliver our order to a neighbour two doors away... This place is hit and miss, more of a hit than a miss.
