Extremely poor service, I've been regularly been ordering food from them online and in store for years, recently I ordered on ubereats, my food was very late, even the cheese sauce had dried up, so as a normal person I raised the issue with ubereats and they decided to give me a refund. Now the owner wasn't happy about that 1 refunded forgetting the countless times I've spent money with them, just because I got a refund previously, he sent empty boxes of food, I didn't bother requesting a refund this time, just gave up arguing over the phone. Hope the owner will enjoy the haram money that he will be feeding his family.
Chose/created my own sundae and it didn't disappoint. Clean restaurant friendly staff overall great experience. Just been for my second time and tried the loaded steak burger at 6.50/ 8.50 as a meal. Delicious and perfected 10/10. Tried the wings can't go wrong with wings and Tried more desserts mega pistachio milk cake and dubai cup both outstanding
If you are too busy to take an order over the phone please don’t answer the phone call. The person on the phone sounded like he did not want the business. As a fast food place you should really know how long it takes for an order to complete. I’ve been her a few times quality has never been the best but still continued to use as it’s convenient. I’m glad I’ve had this experience today as now I will feel good driving past and going for better quality food elsewhere.
