Amazing crispy pizzas with perfect charred crust! The Margherita is classic and delicious, and the house-made Hot Honey and Gochujang Mayo sauce is a game-changer. Great vibe at Nordie Bar too. Will definitely be back!
The pizza here is no joke, it honestly exceeded all expectations. Everything, the toppings, crust (similar to NY style crust) were incredible, honestly the nicest pizza I have had in Manchester. Better than Nells (which is probably the closest stylistically in Manchester) and better than Rudy's albeit a different style. And I am a massive fan of both of those places. Severely underrated spot, and really cool bar as well. We got the white one (best one we had) which was 11/10, something I would have been reluctant to try initially and the Vegana with added pepperoni, this was incroyable (olive crumb and crispy small pepperonis especially).
Great base, great toppings. Went for The Green One, Mushroom Pie (special) and Sausage Ragu. The flavours in each of them were on point. The base! Yes to the base. Crispy and delicious. Will be back!!
