I’ve been coming to Royas salon for well over 15 years now and they’ve never failed me 🥺 the staff are so so lovely, especially sammy and sanaz who normally deal with me. i was served by the lovely Afsana today and the amount of effort & care she put into my threading was amazing, shes a very polite lady. infact all these ladies are definitely an asset to Roya salon and are beyond talented, face artists! i hope they get the accolades they deserve. this is why i’ll only ever go to Royas!! Super pleased xx
Awful experience on multiple occasions don’t know why I kept going when there were so many red flags. From “forgotten” appointments the salon had forgotten they’d booked me in, good job I rang beforehand to check if they were still going to do it- lack of professionalism, and being made to wait almost an hour for another appointment I’d booked for at a specific time and then getting my hair literally burnt off which led to it smelling horrible for an entire month.
Sama did such a good job on my hair! I loved it so much! She’s best at what she does and gave me what I wanted! A perfect brown!
