200% recommend! Dawn is so lovely, welcoming and informative. Did a full evaluation of my abdomen (post c section) and talked me through how things were doing, exercises and massages etc. Was so fascinating and helpful to hear about what was going on in detail. On the second visit she's also noticeably released the tension I didn't even realise was there and I can feel my previously numb areas more as well.
I had a fantastic experience with Dawn after struggling with a postpartum foot drop (I was unable to lift my left foot or toes at all). She gave me advice over the phone before and after my in-person appointment. At the appointment she treated both of my legs and feet, and also gave me some advice of scar care. She talked me through every element of it and taught my partner how best to massage my feet. With the help of the exercises Dawn gave me and the massage I have regained 70% of the movement in my foot now and I think this will keep getting better as time goes on.
I have seen Dawn for a couple of years now for soft tissue treatment on a tight c-section scar and endometriosis adhesions. The treatment has helped massively and I feel the benefits of each session immediately. Would definitely recommend!
