Genuinely would not recommend this place. Waited 50 minutes to be seen and was rushed the nails look worse now then they did when I arrived.
My gel nails looked beautiful, applied really well and looked fab. The removal (which was done only with an electric file) has caused terrible issues though. My nails were filed so thin that they are painful and regularly break below the nail bed. I am still waiting for the regrowth to completely grow through (80% there now). A few weeks of beautiful nails followed by 3 months of ugly nails.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went in just to get my current gel nails removed because my usual nail lady was booked up. I went in at 10.05am and the lady said "won't be very long", i did not get seen this 10.40am - A WHOLE 35 MINUTES. When i got seen, the lady who was taking off my gel nails used no acetone to soak off the nails gently, instead used a machine that not only filed down my gel&biab BUT MY NATURAL NAIL TOO. It was painful and i winced a bit and had tears in my eyes. She was rushing to take my nails off but had no problem taking her time with the woman before me. Now my natural nails are are really thin and damaged. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
