Surprised at all the 5 star rated reviews. I have been prior to have one colour of biab and they were ok not great. But this time I wanted to treat myself to lash lift, brow wax and my nails. Fair to say I won’t be visiting again unfortunately. I wanted just a French tip but after having them redone twice as she couldn’t get it right, she then put silver glitter over them to hide the French tip!! I think if you can’t do French tip or not confident with it then don’t offer it as a service! I did ask for correction on taking the silver off as it was rough to feel, but just got told she can only file and put another top coat, not happy. The same night one of my nails broke because they were so thick. My brows, the skin was taken off from the wax, see picture. My lashes, one eye went well and the other didn’t take. Overall awful experience and I cried on the way home as it cost me £71! I had to go to another nail salon the next day to have it taken off and put back on which cost me another £43!!!! Fuming tbh.
I had my nails infilled by Vanessa as a last minute appointment due to availability with my usually nail tech. She did a brilliant job and they look great. She was very kind and lovely to chat to ☺️
Really happy with my waxing, Vanessa did an excellent job and makes you feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend!
