This pharmacy is consistently very slow and disorganised. Every time I visit there are long queues, people going in and out, and staff often seem unsure about what they are doing. On several occasions I have been told my medication will be ready the next day, then another day, then a few more days later. It keeps getting delayed with different explanations each time. This has happened repeatedly and it is very frustrating, especially when you need your medication. Some members of staff can also be quite rude when patients ask about their prescriptions, which only adds to the frustration. Pharmacies are an essential service and patients rely on them for timely medication. The organisation, communication, and overall attitude towards patients here clearly need serious improvement.
Great service. Kind and lovely young lady named Yusara wearing a headscarf served me and helped me chase up my prescription from my GP by ringing them up for me. Not to mention the beautiful smile on her face the entire time she was serving me - made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Restored my faith in good customer service!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am type 1 diabetic and time and time again do I run short of insulin due to this pharmacy. They never have any stock in, they always make up excuses and I end up paying the price with anxiety and medical issues. They should be CLOSED DOWN!!! It is disgusting and disgraceful how they treat medical conditions and treatments as if they can be put on hold or pushed back the timeline as if we don’t rely on them to live! I am furious and this is not the first or last time this place has let me down, huge huge warning to anyone who thinks about using this place… DONT!
