This is a real community post office. The customer service is always excellent. The staff are polite, courteous and very helpful. It is well organised and offers lots of extra services that a person might need such as banking and Amazon returns. Good selection of confectionery if that's what you need or even posting a parcel or letter they help you get the correct service that you require.
Proper Community Postoffice! This isn’t my local postoffice as I’m from North Manchester, popped in recently to drop off some parcels on the way to work. Very friendly and professional post master, sorry if I got your name wrong if it Pre or Pri. Felt very welcomed in the shop, sensed a good community vibe as others in the que i could see they was also happy to see the post master. When it was my turn he also greeted me like of locals, Ask me how I was, what’s the plans for the day and wished me well on the way. Something you don’t get these days in post offices. Credit to you pre/Pri to you for creating such a good vibe for your community and just giving that small talk to your customer, some of your elderly customers like the one I seen today, you can see how you interact it means a lot to them. kudos to you sir! il be sure to use your post office in the future going too and from work 👍
