I’m really disappointed with the service at this post office. I arrived at 9 AM, when it was supposed to open, but it’s now been half an hour and no one is here. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but no one is picking up the phone. I had an important parcel to collect, and this delay is causing me a lot of inconvenience. It would be helpful if they could be more reliable with their opening hours or at least communicate better when there’s an issue. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

He robbed my £1000, when I gave him £3000 to deposit, he took my money to the back wall and without looking back talking to me and trying to distract me keep saying put card in the machine, and kept repeating and then asked me to type the card pin, and asked if I have done it, I said yes, then he turned around and said it’s £2000, Police was called, when police saw CCTV, police said it’s not covering note machine area, eventually police didn’t do anything and advise me to take legal action. He is still enjoying my £1000,
