This is a great and friendly gym environment. There's a wide range of equipment. Just wanted to thank my brilliant Personal Trainer for the support and guidance to help me create a sustainable and a healthy lifestyle. I was interested in strength training and compound lifts but felt very apprehensive at first due to being scared of being injured. His clear teacher and easy going attitude helped me improve so fast, currently I can dead lift more than half my bodyweight. 50 kg which I'm very proud of. It's only been 6 weeks! Any queries I had about nutrition, supplements, general health style, exercises were responded to quickly and empathetically. He was very accommodating around my schedule as I'm a master student and I have a job. Thanks Joe can't wait to see further progress. He'll definitely help in whatever health goals you have. He's reliable, knowledge and friendly!

Offers great value. The gym is consistently clean with well-maintained equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downsides are the crowds during peak evening hours but mornings are peaceful and the lack of a dedicated stretching zone. For the price, it absolutely gets the job done. 4/5 stars.

Been training at The Gym Group for a while now and it’s a solid gym overall — clean, good equipment, and easy to get sessions in. Big shoutout to Harris, one of the PTs there. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and actually takes the time to tailor things to your goals. Sessions are well-structured but still relaxed, and you leave feeling like you’ve properly worked. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to make real progress.
