I attend both the strength and conditioning classes each week and they’re great value for money. Everyone is really friendly (no gym egos), classes are well structured, I’d definitely recommend going whether you’re a beginner or more experienced gym goer.
As a gym owner myself I highly recommend this place. Bought a day pass to get some weightlifting in (Olympic). Nice atmosphere, excellent equipment no matter what your level of experience/ goal, no egos, well maintained, value for money, and very central.
PT with Andrew and 10/10 recommend and have done group classes with Lee and Jade and they are always great! Perfect mix between lifting and conditioning with very attentive teams always there guiding and pushing you whilst keeping the vibes high for the whole group!
