I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The nail technician who worked on my nails was rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. After shaping my nails, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes before any polish was applied, which felt unnecessary and poorly managed. Unfortunately, the nail shaping itself was very poor. The nails are visibly asymmetrical and inconsistent, with no uniformity in shape. I had booked French tips, but they were done unevenly and incorrectly. When I pointed this out, instead of fixing the issue, the technician blamed me for “moving my hand.” If that had been the case, it should have been communicated at the time and the nails should have been redone. Whenever I asked for corrections, the technician’s attitude was dismissive and defensive, which made the experience uncomfortable. For £40, I expected a much higher standard of service and workmanship. The final result looks very average, and certainly not worth the price. I would not recommend this place due to the poor service, lack of professionalism, and disappointing results.
walked in and got seen within 15 mins, staff were friendly and took good care of me and my friend! very skilled nail tech- he did amazing designs very happy!!
