Go Park and Ride Manchester

I wished I had read the reviews before I booked with these unprofessional people. On the way back we rang them to pick us up to take us to the car (bearing in mind we were a big group traveling, 11 of us in total that needed the shuttle transfer back to our cars. When the lady came, she said she can only take 6 of us ( we had more children than adults within the group), she had 2 passengers in the van. I asked her calmly? "why is there other passengers when you know how big our group is?" Well it turned west she started raising her voice, I ask her not to raise her voice, becuase I am talking to you in a calm voice, so no need to shout, she continued, saying she will not bring us back and was very very rude and unprofessional. Anyways we got everyone in the bus children on laps etc. and all the suitcases in, because I was determined that we will not leave anyone, because at this point we were all very tired and has been traveling for more than 12hours. When we got back to the car park. As I was trying to explain to the guy that took us to the airport when we were going, she kept on shouting and talking over me. So I got fed up and told her she is very unprofessional and that is NOT the way you deal with customers. I took my case and started walking towards my car. He started to walk me down and saying I am not welcome there, I told him, I would not use their service again, he said I will not be able to use any parking service in Manchester again ( well I would love to see him make that happened) If you get to the bottom of this review. Please please AVOID, they are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, the buses that they use to transfer you is very very dirty and does not smell good. Honestly pay that little extra, because I assure you, the service will be better. And you will have a more pleasant experience. They are DISGUSTING.

Absolutely shocking! Do not use! After arriving at the yard, we reveived no communication from the people on duty. We called - as they requested- 30 minutes prior to our arrival. However, there was no one to take us to the airport for our departure. After waiting over three quarters of an hour, we were told to book an Uber, which they then reimbursed. When we landed back in England, we received a text asking 'Are you ready to land?" We then received a call saying they were 10 minutes away from the airport. We were then told 'the driver is 1 minute away'. Fifty minutes and several texts/phone calls later, we were finally collected in a van. We then got stuck in the car park because their card declined when paying the barrier fee - we had been charged for this as part of the initial payment. The driver then sped along the motorway, undertook cars and warning lights were constantly on the dashboard of his vehicle. We arrived back at the yard to the same shambolic service we had received from the beginning. An absolute disgrace.

Absolutely shock.!!!!!The parking lot is closed probably due to non-payment of the bill. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this when booking. In addition to the price for the non-existent parking lot, I had to pay for entry to terminal 1 where the car was located during my departure. .Unprofessional and dishonest.!!!!
