A great Manchester airport parking with bus lift to the airport from Wythenshaw forum parking. There are negative feedbacks as expected with this service provision but we did not experience any at both departure and arrival. We did not buy the service directly but through price comparison and thought £50 for 10 days premium self-parking was a bargain. The bus transport was so comfortable for a family of 4 and only 7mins to the airport and no wait time at all except a short wait of 10mins after arrival and calling customer service. We picked up our car with no damage as we had the self parking as opposed to concierge service so maybe the negative feedbacks mainly alluding to having cars driven for them which I though was just unnecessary IMO There is a £10 charge at point of parking in addition to the service charge to cover airport tax with drop off and pickup which covers the entire family / party. Mark is the notable name I found quite a great service provider - thanks buddy. Now my default for airport parking from Manchester.
Very easy to find, no hassle at all, drove us to the airport no problems, on arrival our flight was delayed over 90 minutes, rung the number, was told where to go (email needs updating as it has wrong information as to where to go, not the grey hut, walk to express pick up) luckily it wasn't raining as there is no shelter there, and it's chaos with all the other pick ups. This obviously, nobody has control over - drive back to collect car was smooth, collection of car was no issues & all staff were very helpful. Only issue I found was on arrival at the car park, when handing car keys over, you're asked to pay the airport barrier charge on top of what you've already paid - which isn't stated. Apart from that, as a first time user of this company, I would use again as reasonable prices & hassle free. Cheers
During the last 20 years I have used lots of parking companies but the Civil Centre Multi Storey Car Park in Rowlands Way in Wythenshave is far the best amongst them. The nice lady in the reception has paid the taxi cost from MAN Airport to my car was parked in this firm because I have lost my wallet with all my money - therefore I did not have any pence!!! I have never experienced such a generous attitude from any other company. I cannot say enough time my thanks for that and just recommend them to anyone because the service itself was fast, very polite and professional!!! Thanks again for that and in the future I am gonna use only this company. Well done!!
