Palomas Beauty deserves every bit of praise it gets. From the very first moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, calming, warm and the most important for me genuinely caring. The customer service, led by Grace, is outstanding, the staff set the tone with their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. Grace makes every visit feel personal and is never rushed, and her team follow that example perfectly. The sauna experience is exceptional. It’s deeply relaxing, therapeutic and noticeably improves how I felt both physically and mentally - melts away the stress! After just one session I felt lighter, calmer and revitalised. I don’t generally write reviews but I want to share my experience because the guys deserve a positive review! I’ve been going to Paloma’s Beauty for 2 years, and Gracie is absolutely amazing. She truly understands what’s right for your skin and always recommends the perfect treatment. She makes sure you feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of every visit. I also had a massage treatment after a bad cold that included cupping, which was incredibly helpful. If you’re into alternative treatments, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
