Fantastic sushi. Ordered on the website and collected soon after. Was very fresh and tasted fantastic. Soft, crispy, and sweet in all the right places. A real breath of fresh air for the sushi scene in Carlisle! We had the "Chick In Out" Platter and some Salmon Maki. Update: Still fantastic after being back several times and trying more menu items. Always fresh and delicious :D
After many recommendations from friends we decided to try Hanabi as a treat for our sons birthday and we were super impressed by the authentic Sushi, the freshness *beautiful fish from Bells The Fishmongers, the presentation of the food and the lovely chat with the friendly and knowledgeable couple who run the buisness. Hanabi is well worth a visit, we definitely recommend it and will be coming back 👌
The best sushi in Carlisle — very tasty and very fresh. I’ve ordered three times already, and the fish is always super fresh, the avocado is fresh too. I honestly recommend it. 🍣✨
