Came here while a relative was seeing the doctor and was really impressed. The cafe is family run and staff are super friendly and welcoming. The rolls are great, the cakes are homemade and very tasty and the coffee is lovely - worth a trip even if you don’t need to see the doctor!

Visited for lunch today after reading an article about the venue in The News and Star. We had not known this cafe existed prior to seeing the article. We are so pleased we decided to try it. We received an extremely warm welcome from Nadia. The cafe was very busy when we arrived, but we secured a table. Nadia immediately came across and cleared/cleaned the table. She told us what the specials of the day were and took our order. The food and coffees were served quickly. We opted for one of the daily specials BBQ pulled pork flatbread with a side salad and coleslaw. It was delicious and all the salads/coleslaw were homemade. We had two empty plates at the end! Whilst paying for our food we decided to take home couple of the delicious looking selection of traybakes/scones/cookies (again all homemade). The millionaire shortbread and white chocolate cookie were every bit as good as they looked. This place is certainly worth a visit and we will be returning. It is great to see that they have taken the trouble to bother replying to all previous reviews on their site.

Such a brilliant cafe, the food is absolutely delicious. I had a salad with pulled beef and a lemon blondie. The coffee is hands down the best in Carlisle. You can sit-in or take-away. Definitely my cafe of choice over and over again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
