Ordered it saud 60mins , at 90 was told 10mins , at 120 turned up cold and aent back not a single phone call to apologise avoid if u dont want cold food
Ordered chicken chowmein and mixed chowmein they were great..the issue was the portion of chips luke warm soggy greasy..when I rang to complain the girl I thought was a bit rude.after paying £23 and waiting over an hour and 40 mins for food..I rang them to be told we deliver to more than you and they were busy which is fine but the standard of the food is no need to slip.disappointing customer service.
I felt compelled to write this review after trying Wellspring for the first time because - WoW. !!! Absolutely blown away by how good the food was, this is definitely my new favourite chinese takeaway! The food was full of flavour and packaged well, delivery was extremely fast and my order was piping hot! You have earned a loyal customer :-)
