First, let me say what an absolute pleasure it is working with Josh at Manchester Rare Books. Living in Texas, USA, my experience with overseas purchases has been a mixed bag. Josh helped navigate the minefield of shipping tariffs and elevated costs to come up with the best possible solution for the books I purchased. I highly recommend purchasing from him and supporting this establishment... just don't buy the books I want to buy (insert greedy American laugh here).

Josh answered the phone; upbeat, polite and knowledgeable. Happy to share his findings on the phone whilst I plied him with questions and went from one book title to another. So helpful. Thank you Josh; more than refreshing.
