Moving out of your home for six months is incredibly stressful, but the team at Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport turned a difficult transition into a genuine "home away from home." After trialing four other hotels nearby, I chose this one solely because of the people. Eleni was the heart of my entire stay. Her warmth and kindness are rare; she didn’t just manage my stay, she made me feel truly cared for. Because of her, walking through the doors at the end of a long day felt like returning to a community rather than just a hotel room. Mornings were transformed by Toni at breakfast. I can honestly say it’s the best service I’ve ever received—starting the day with that level of excellence and a huge smile became a vital part of my daily routine. Diane’s wonderful service and the hospitality from Baba and Waralak in the lounge made every evening better; I truly valued our daily chats. A gold standard from Nicu and Edward, provided a layer of reliability and professional comfort that let me relax. A huge thank you to Megan and Andy for their constant support, and to Max in housekeeping for taking such meticulous care of my space for the full half-year. To Michelle, Orlando, Daniel, and Sangeen at reception: thank you for making every "hello" feel like family. If you want a hotel where you aren't just a room number, this is it.

Wonderful stay, walking distance to Manchester Airport. Lovely clean rooms with all the amenities you could ask for. Exceptional and helpful staff a phone call away. Also enjoyed a superb meal at the Sanpan Pan-Asian restaurant on site. Altogether a very welcome and pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time stay due to the outstanding hospitality shown to us from arrival to departure. Made to feel welcome from check in with high emotional intelligence and soft skills shown by Rafiu who was also proactive. Follow up check ins regarding our rooms showed attentiveness. The hotel is well decorated with a tasteful refurbishment. Communal areas and guest rooms are thoughtfully laid out. Signage is clear. Hotel rooms are exceptionally clean. Thank you to housekeeping. Shower rail was very helpful. There is no peeling paint and heating which worked quickly and effectively. Exceptional service from Melissa at breakfast who also showed high emotional intelligence and soft skills. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of choice - cereals, pastries, fruit, meats, veg, range of breads, hot breakfast. Option to order from the menu too - definitely recommend the omelette. Thank you to the chef! The ambience throughout the hotel was calming and available newspapers is a thoughtful touch. Other staff we encountered were polite and professional. A massive thank you to Eleni, Guest Relations Manager who took time out of her busy schedule to listen, speak with us and respond to our feedback. We appreciate her attentiveness and recognise her high emotional, intelligence, soft skills and the excellent role model and asset that she is to the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport team. There are a lot of hotels who could learn from this hotel about the importance of exceptional front facing customer service. We will definitely consider Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport on our future visits to Manchester. Best hotel stay to date!
