I have used them for the last few years and in my opinion, they are the best around. Professional staff with the latest technology. Lovely reception staff and Tim, who checked my eyes is a true professional. They are very good at dealing with nervous patients like me. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service. I loved the experience and it really has reaffirmed the importance of keeping our own independent opticians. Couldn't fault a single thing. As a diabetic with a very complex health history this was by far, one of the most thorough eye tests I have ever had and the service there after was just as impeccable. I am seldom motivated enough to do reviews, but this was one I really felt deserved to be highlighted. Local, independent and absolutely fabulous. No pressure to purchase (which is and absolute pet hate and I can sniff out anywhere) with a range that can caters for all budgets. Before anyone thinks this is a fake review - see for yourself. I'm sure you will see where I'm coming from. Meanwhile, well done K France Opticians! I'll be back with my prescription for some sunglasses in the next couple of months! :)
Went in with my mother to look at the eyewear available and was literally shooed out of the door by the little old lady at reception yesterday afternoon (11/06/2024) saying we are only allowed in with an appointment. She made no offer to make my mother an appointment and caused such a hostile experience we won't be going back. Later edit in reply to Tim: You have a massive problem with a lying colleague- that was not the truth at all! We were met by a scowling woman demanding our appointment- there was a seated gent in the waiting room who was not in consultation-please watch the CCTV and nothing was "explained" at all. We were shooed out the door because we didn't have an appointment- we were never offered to have the opportunity to decline one! She should admit she was having a bad day and bias in her role then encourage you to be foolish and call clients liars.
