Wouldn’t use this place. Doesn’t apply GDPR Other customer asked staff for my relatives details and she gave them over no questions asked. Client confidentiality? Non existent, no apology and when my relative addressed this, the staff member decided to throw her co worker under the bus instead of taking responsibility herself. It’s illegal to share people’s details without their permission no client confidentiality whatsoever, unprofessional and abhorrent behaviour. Thank god this place is shutting its doors.
If there is one place you want to go to, for the best experience then go to bronze. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpfully and always smiling. You can go for a sun bed, for theadjes they can get their nails done, or you can have a massage (much recommend) book early though. Over all I look forward to going EVERY TIME. It's nice when people know who you are as soon as you say hello on the phone. Keep it up you all are fab X Drew
