This was my first time at Elysee Beauty & Aesthetics. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Georgina gave me a manicure. She was very friendly, pleasant and helpful when I said I didn't like the colour I had chosen and gave me the opportunity to chose another another one.
had a full leg and armpit wax done, the receptionist and the lady doing the wax were lovely and professional. the building itself was very nice and clean. at the end of the appointment, i even got a welcome pack for being a new customer, which was a nice surprise. the problems i had were that when i had a look at my legs at home, they appeared, and felt, like they'd only been shaved as a lot of stubble was left behind. i then had to pluck probably over a hundred hairs out that remained. a roughly three-inch wide strip of hair had also been left at the tops and around the backs of my thighs. lastly, a big lump of hard wax had been left underneath one of my armpits. it's such a shame about this as the rest of the experience was great, but due to the rather expensive pricing, i felt i had to leave a review.
First time here today for a massage by Georgina & she was amazing ⭐️ both ladies on reception were lovely too, I’ll definitely be back! Thankyou
