Poor experience with Tara in the pharmacy. Initially she refused to even take my shopping basket - even though no one else around - and then she didn't even scan my Advantage card. When I asked her to put through again she refused and made me go elsewhere! What an attitude - useless and lazy, never had such a poor experience in a Boots store. And I notice they give you no way to complain or feedback, so leaving a review is literally your only way. Won't be using this store again.
I went in to the shop in carlisle on tue 28th October 2025, I am a mobility scooter user I found the 2 members of staff that helped me up and down in the lift to be very helpful. My problems started at the till it was a very tight fit to move my scooter to get to the till, the member of staff behind the till was very dismissive of me looking to my sister to pay she then huffed as I asked for a bag and then the card machine wasn't able to be removed so I could easily pay. As the gap was very narrow other customers were unable to access the other till that was open so another member of staff had to move to another the displayed annoyance by huffing
My partner don’t wanna miss their wonderful offers so here i am hanging with my partner to do some shopping. Staff were so polite and helpful though. Great service and quite a size of the store holding a lot of variety. Shelves were full of stock. It was good experience and bought couple of cosmetics and perfume.
