They're my favourite beauticians. Booked in for a manicure recently, they have all the covid regulations in place and great health and safety rules. They are always quick to reply to queries or in regards to bookings. Always friendly and chatty. Good service, reasonable prices and worth a visit. They have also renovated their place and it's gorgeous now! Book an appointment, you won't regret it!
For our wedding, we had a whole weekend with everyone (highly recommend!) and so the night before my bridesmaids and I had our nails done - Steph and Lucy came to Springkell (~20 miles) to do them for us and were so wonderful! It was such a wonderful way to spend the night before my wedding ❤️ I also bite my nails so they helped strengthen them and made me feel so great 🥰
I booked a beauty treatment and in the end I couldn’t attend. The deposit is usually non refundable but they said because I gave them notice they were happy to refund this, when they didn’t have to. This shows that their customer service is top priority and they care about their customers. I will definitely be booking in with them in the future.
