Lottie is such a lovely lady! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I went to Lottie quite a few years back after I had a disaster of an appointment elsewhere which caused a corneal abrasion; I was so nervous to get my lashes done again and I explained this to Lottie before my appointment and she so reassuring throughout and made me feel at ease, I simply couldn’t fault her. You’re always made to feel so at ease and welcome during your appointment. The treatments I’ve had done over the years have all been perfect, in particular lash extensions and lip filler. I have also recently had my eyebrows done by Alex which were lovely! She was chatty and made me feel comfortable and that’s something for someone who has horrific social anxiety. I was also recently a model for lash lift for Lottie’s training academy and I absolutely love my lashes, they are still lovely now! The professionalism I witnessed during this appointment was really reassuring knowing how well the other lady was trained by Lottie.
I have been going to Lottie for various treatments for a while now, I have never been in a more welcoming salon, it’s like having a catch up with your friends when you have appointments! Could not recommend Lottie, Coralie and Alex enough! You girls are the best :)
