Terrible...entire experience felt like a money-making scheme rather than genuine skincare guidance. Instead of directly offering the treatment I came for, they insisted on a series of unnecessary steps: skin scan, skin consultation, a basic facial, then followed by a Hydra Diamond facial, multiple chemical peels — all before finally allowing microneedling. Each step felt like a tactic to upsell and extract more money, not a medically justified progression. What’s worse, they charged more than the prices listed on their own website for each treatment and each treatment did nothing...when questioned will work if you take other treatment with us... I regret trusting them with my skin and wallet. If you're looking for honest skincare advice and fair pricing, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Went just before xmas for removal and new nails. The appt went horribly wrong and I was let home with the nails that not only spoiled my first pics with my newborn baby but I was embarrassed to go out over xmas. The greedy owner refused to refund them, giving plenty of excuses and blaming me for having to stop her own appt to attend me. She offered to fix them instead but giving me no confidence she’ll be able to. Plenty more to say about this experience and I’ve never seen anything like it. Save yourself money and go somewhere where they can do nails (even asian salons in town can do better!)
Going to DreamsDay is always an amazing experience, I am NEVER disappointed. The staff are so friendly and always lovely to spend time with during treatment. I have experienced massages all around the world but none are as good as Dreamsday. I love going to Dreamsday so much.
