I usually shop here and also use this place for sending and collecting parcels. I have always been served by very friendly and helpful staff. However, on my most recent visit I had a very unpleasant experience with one member of staff. She is a tall lady with long, light hair. She was polite and spoke normally to the three customers before me, but when it was my turn she was very rude. She ignored what I was saying and responded in a dismissive way. This was quite upsetting, especially as I regularly use this shop and have always had positive experiences before. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service in the future.
