Top class service. I received a phone call earlier and it was a lady from their office, she asked if I’d left an envelope in a taxi last night. (When I couldn’t find it this morning I assumed I’d left it at my friends house and wasn’t worried.) - when I confirmed my name which was on the envelope and the contents of it, she arranged for this to be passed to the driver. He called me 2 minutes later, I offered to pick it up for him but he insisted on dropping it off. He’s just been with it now and what a genuinely lovely guy. I offered him some cash for his trouble and he was so reluctant to take it but I absolutely insisted. The contents of the envelope were quite valuable there was a sentimental note in there too. From initial phone call to receiving it back was under three hours. What a truly honest and thoroughly decent team.
