Pre- booked 3 taxis from Brunton Park to train station for 6pm , rang at 6 and I was told they were still looking for drivers, rang again at 6.15 still no taxis, we all set off walking to station after me telling them to forget it. I then get messages at 6.27 and 6.30 to say the taxis are at Brunton Park, what a joke. Good job we did walk to the Station as we would have missed train waiting for them cowboys.👎
Great service! Had to get a taxi all the way into Glasgow & our driver Wayne couldn’t have been nicer, he arrived promptly & offered to change the radio station to whatever we liked as it was a long journey, will definitely be choosing this taxi company if I am ever in Carlisle again :)
