Absolutely terrible always selling dodgy and faulty goods and lying to their customers over pricing everything I would not recommend buying from this store. If it were up to me I would have this store closed down for good. I've even put a brand new phone I put on buy back with zero problems and when I got it back I had tons of problems I've also noticed it was left switched on as I now have a faulty battery ive even bought a Samsung tablet which has numerous problems with which I've returned and got my money back will never be using this store again absolute RIP off they never check any electrical items before selling.. so will be contacting the council and have them close the store down they deserve to be shut down after the way they treat customers its disgusting
Really nice and helpful staff reserved my items over night for no cost, told me lots of helpful things about a PS5 purchase and good information about the ultimate controller. Very knowledgeable staff and service with a smile I can see why this shop isn't going anywhere soon and has been open a long while.
