Outstanding Albert was contracted in by a company whose workers had trashed our living room in short and the fallout impacted every room in the house. He stepped in last minute and we are so grateful having spent the entire weekend at a kitchen table as the room was uninhabitable. Albert arrived on time. Extremely courteous and friendly. Worked all day, meticulously removing everything and deep cleaning as he went. We left him to it and when we returned our home was cleaner than it had been before the accident. Thank you Albert. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your team.
We first asked Albert to clean our carpets for our holiday let on a recommendation from our neighbour. He was very flexible and easy about using our own environmentally friendly carpet cleaner as the property is on a septic tank. For our permanent home we then asked Albert to clean the carpets after the fibreglass insulation was removed from our roof spaces and after the builders had left, using the same cleaners that cause no harm to the environment. On the morning of the booking we realised we would need more than our carpets cleaned so we txted Albert to ask whether he could do a whole general clean as well. Within a few minutes he had made extra arrangements with his work colleague, picked her up on his way to us and was able to clean the floors, the walls, ceilings and all the skirting and shelves plus vacuumed our internal old stone wall. He and Adelle were amazing, the house is literally as clean as a whistle and they were so adaptable to our situation and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone.
Brilliant service, I was on the verge of replacing all my carpets. After getting a puppy, the damage and smell caused to my all ready new carpets, it was unbearable. And after trying every trick off google and even using a “rug doctor pro 3” my carpets where basically ruined. Albert was recommended off a close friend, and he came to have a look. When he attended my property they was still around 15 tubs of bicarbonate soda on the carpets. He said don’t worry, I will sort it. I could not believe the end result, not just restoring the carpets to there previous condition. But even making the carpets smell better than before we got the puppy. Highly recommend, and very professional service.
