Paul came to clean the carpets in our hallways, living room, stairs and nursery, as well as our large six-seater sofa. His communication was excellent — he sent a WhatsApp message with his arrival time, which he arrived exactly on. He spent around 20 minutes walking through each room, identifying stains and explaining the cleaning process. As an outdoorsy family with three large dogs and a child who loves bringing the outdoors inside, our carpets were in a very sorry state! I left Paul to work his magic, and I honestly couldn’t believe the results. He transformed our carpets from brown back to fluffy grey, and our sofa looked and smelled incredibly clean. Within just four hours, everything was restored to almost like new. I’d highly recommend booking Paul directly for any carpet or sofa cleaning needs. We’ll definitely be using him again for future cleans.
