The shop refused to accept our pre-paid FedEx parcels, claiming they had no space. This is completely unacceptable, especially as this is the only FedEx drop-off point in Carlisle. There was clearly enough room available, but the staff simply refused to move a few items to make space.
Friendly and efficient staff helped with some yodel recycling collections. The only disappointing thing is that the map pins for this shop on the Yodel website and Google Maps don't match with its physical location, which could lead to some confusion for customers. Yodel's website and Google Maps suggest that this store is located on the corner of the A595 and Crummock Street.
Quite expensive here to be honest
