I've had socks from here before that were great, but I bought some shoelace tags from here a month ago that don't work at all (there's no way any lace can fit). I've tried multiple ways of contacting this business to get a refund and remove the faulty products from sale but no reply.

I recently went in and purchased an enamel pin, which I was charged 5 pounds, when I got back I saw the price on the back and it was 4 pounds. Not a lot but it still felt bad.

I ordered a premium 8x5 stiched flag priced at £19.25, from Norway on the 3rd of June which arrived the 19th. So, beware the time it takes from England aaaaall the way across the North Sea. What I recieved was not what I was lead to believe I ordered. Shipping from GB is outrageous for something that here is defined as "a letter", so beware that as well. Subtotal £19.25 Shipping £10.95 Total GBP £30.20 Why my total came to GBP £32.40, I am not sure. In addition I am supposed to pay import tax, another £11.40 Total: GBP £43.80 (Worth mentioning: I recently bought a stiched 8x5 Norwegian flag for NOK 150,- /GPB £11.00) I wrote them immediately an e-mail asking how I can return this item and be refunded for at least some of the damage, but am not getting a respons. The import taxes has to be paid within a deadline, or of course there will be a penalty. How much is that going to totally suck if I get stuck with an item I don't want, paying almost 3 x the price!! :( CANNOT recommend!
