The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about finding what’s right for you. The service has been first-class every single time. It’s rare these days to find a family business that still puts so much effort into looking after their customers. Couldn’t recommend them enough, Listers have been our go-to for prams for generations!
We had a slight problem with our ICandy pram handle ( almost 2 years old and well used). Terri was a great help giving us the information needed to enable us to return the pram to ICandy where the repair was completed and promptly returned to us as good as new. We could not fault the friendly and efficient service received from Terri at Lister’s. Thank you.
I was in on Saturday with my sister who is expecting twins and the girl (Lucy) was so helpful and friendly and gave us some really great advice. It can be a little daunting as a first time parent (and auntie) but she really made the experience easy 😊
